Collection Policy
A reminder notice will be sent via Canada Post 5 days after the due date. A second disconnection notice will be sent via Canada Post 5
days following that. Parry Sound Power will also try to make contact with customers via phone or email. If the account remains past due
20 days after the due date, a disconnection of electricity service can occur.
Please make every effort to have your account paid or make arrangements to pay within this period to avoid the disconnection of your electricity.
If your electricity is disconnected, a $65.00 reconnection charge will be applied to your account.
If we have to make a trip to your house, a $30.00 Collection Trip Fee will be charged to your account.

Parry Sound Power bills their customers on a monthly
basis and bills are due upon receipt.
If a Balance Forward is shown on your current bill, full
payment of this balance forward is due immediately.
Pre-Authorized Payment is available for your convenience.
